The WX Scholars Program is designed to encourage and support bright and talented young women seeking a career in New York commercial real estate by providing special programming and access to WX’s membership. Promising students in their final year of study in an undergraduate or graduate real estate program are named as scholars on an annual basis.

The two-year program offers formal mentoring events, including educational programming and networking, as well as valuable guidance and advice from the mentor. The WX Charitable Fund Ltd. works closely with WX, Inc. In addition to supporting the WX Scholars Program, it partners with various philanthropic organizations, including those supporting women’s careers in real estate, makes targeted charitable donations, and provides WX members and scholars opportunities to volunteer their time to these and other community service organizations.
