The Scholars Program Committee establishes Scholars criteria and works with universities with dedicated real estate programs to identify candidates to become WX Scholars. The committee establishes eligibility criteria for both Scholars designation and scholarship awards, reviews applications, interviews candidates, and selects recipients. WX Scholars are eligible to participate in the Mentoring Program for two years. The Mentoring Committee recruits mentors from the WX membership, matches mentees to Scholars each year, and plans both networking events and substantive programming for the mentees and their mentors throughout the year.
