Building on last year’s successful session and the recent webinar about our virtual world, please join WX members for a facilitated, small-group discussion on developing the tools for career advancement and advocating for competitive compensation — implementing a strategy early for achieving due recognition within your organization and the industry or building a network to create a new path.
Through a fluid and interactive format, with open sharing by industry veterans of their personal experiences and “lessons learned,” attendees will gain valuable insights for developing a strategy for advancement and negotiating their worth from a position of strength. Respecting the spirit of confidentiality, trust will be paramount for an open conversation around experiences: challenging and rewarding alike. Registration will be capped at 15 participants each, in two simultaneous breakout sessions, and will be limited on a first come, first served basis. A wait-list will be started if we exceed the maximum number of 30 registrations.
