After decades of disinvestment from the state and federal government, NYCHA is facing its worst financial crisis in its history with $40 billion unmet capital repair needs to improve the quality of life for residents across the city. This panel will feature speakers from the public, private and non-profit sectors. It will focus on NYCHA’s public-private partnerships, which enable the Authority to make vital improvements to apartments, improve property management, and enhance social services.

WX is pleased to be returning to The Harvard Club, and will be following
all venue vaccination protocols issued by the venue. All attendees must
