The WX Mentoring Program invites you to join the WX Mentee Workshop on Development 101. Industry leaders and WX members and mentors, Lauren Cahill, Avalon Bay and Laura Rapaport, L&L Holding Company will discuss a development deal that they have overseen from beginning to end. This session will also examine the roles that each party plays in the development process, the rationale for the investment, cap stock, return profile and the challenges real estate developers face throughout the process.
