Please join the WX Mentoring Program for the inaugural WX Mentee Workshop. Skill-strengthening events aim to give mentees valuable tools that will help in building a successful career in real estate. To kick-off off the WX Mentee Workshop series, Samantha DiSciullo of OZ Real Estate will be presenting on how to underwrite a real estate deal in excel. At this session mentees will learn key tools of excel modeling and explore the process by which real estate investments are evaluated to determine their viability.
