Please join WX for a panel presentation on the state of rent regulation in New York and across the country. Our expert panel of speakers will discuss rent regulation regimes in other states and cities, how they compare to New York, and existing research about these policies. We will also discuss how rent regulation interacts with other affordable housing preservation tools, and the housing proposals on the presidential campaign trail. Attendees will leave the breakfast with a deeper understanding of rent regulation on a national scale and gain perspective on where policies are headed.
