The well-attended talk featured Helen Chananie, Project Associate at Building Energy Exchange; Anthony Malkin, Chairman and CEO of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc.; Dana Robbins Schneider, Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle; and Daniel A. Zarrilli, PE, Senior Director of Climate Policy & Programs and Chief Resilience Officer in the New York Office of the Mayor. Marjorie Tsang, a Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, moderated the informative panel of experts.

WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) is pleased to announce that it hosted a discussion between Dan Doctoroff, former Deputy Mayor for Economic Development for the City of New York and CEO, President of Bloomberg L.P, and currently the founder and CEO of Sidewalk Labs and Sharon Greenberger, President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater New York. During the talk, Greenberger interviewed Doctoroff about his new book Greater than Ever: New York’s Big Comeback, which tells a story of New York City’s remarkable economic recovery following the attacks of September 11, 2001. 124 people attended the breakfast meeting at The Harvard Club.

WX RAISES RECORD-BREAKING $600,000 AT
2017 WOMAN OF THE YEAR GALA HONORING SARA QUEEN
NEW YORK, NY— WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) held its 2017 Annual Woman of the Year Gala honoring Sara B. Queen was held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at The Pierre in New York City. The gala raised over $600,000 in support of the WX Scholarship Program, in a record-breaking fundraising year for the organization.
